Описание

Механический терморегулятор S+S Regeltechnik TR-22-U применятся для организации регулирования температурных процессов, протекающих в помещениях с высокой влажностью, а также пригоден для контроля и регулирования температуры в тепловырабатывающих установках, в ОВК- системах, холодильных камерах и других промышленных помещениях. Являясь устройством с одной ступенью срабатывания, рассчитан на регулирование температуры диапазоне от -35 до +35 °C.

Прибор работает как на нагрев, так и на охлаждение.

Устройство терморегулятора

Корпус терморегулятора TR-22-U выполнен в виде монтажной коробки в уникальном дизайне Thor2 и изготовлен из пластика усиленного стеклянными шариками. Сбоку на корпусе располагается измерительный элемент – медный капилляр.
Максимальная температура для капилляра +60°C. Степень защиты корпуса IP65, класс защиты I.

Органы управления и индикации

В качестве органа управления выступает крутильный механизм с нанесённой температурной шкалой. В зависимости от модификации прибора, механизм может располагаться НА или ПОД крышкой корпуса.
TR – терморегулятор (органы управления снаружи)
TW – терморегулятор (органы управления внутри)

Монтаж и условия подключения

Установка прибора должна проходить в обесточенном состоянии, а подключение должно осуществляться к безопасно малому напряжению.
Монтаж терморегулятора осуществляется на ровную поверхность.
