Механический термостат S+S Regeltechnik FST-5D-TYR2 оснащается релейным выходом. Пригоден для контроля температуры в теплообменниках, отопительных батареях, каналах систем вентиляции и кондиционирования воздуха в офисных и жилых помещениях.

Устройство термостата

Корпус термостата FST-5D-TYR2 выполнен в виде монтажной коробки в уникальном дизайне Tyr2, изготовлен из прочного пластика и состоит из двух частей.
Лицевая часть – крышка, оснащенная быстрозаворачиваемыми винтами, обеспечивает плотное прилегание и степень защиты IP65, надёжно защищая однополюсный микропереключатель от пыли. Переключатель в термостате срабатывает, если температура на длине капиллярной трубки не менее 40 см падает ниже заданного уровня (замыкание контактов C-2).
Контакты C-3 одновременно размыкаются и могут использоваться как сигнальные. Сброс в исходное состояние происходит автоматически (замыкаются контакты C-3), если температура снова поднимается выше заданного уровня.

Органы управления и индикации

В качестве органа управления выступает крутильный механизм с нанесённой шкалой, располагающийся внутри корпуса.
У приборов с ручным сбросом в положение НОЛЬ на крышке есть кнопка сброса.
Измерительный элемент выполнен в виде медного капилляра с жидкостным наполнением, который активен по всей длине. Термостат является «самозащищенным устройством, т.е. при повреждении капиллярно-мембранной системы происходит автоматическое переключение в режим охлаждения.

Монтаж и условия подключения

Установка термостата предполагается на плоскую поверхность и должна проходить в обесточенном состоянии, а подключение должно осуществляться к безопасно малому напряжению. Капилляр прокладывается с теплой стороны защищаемого подогревателя воздуха (в случае устройств охлаждения воздуха — перед охлажденной зоной) на расстоянии прибл. 5 см, поперечно к теплообменным трубам, с покрытием всей площади. Чтобы протестировать прибор, рекомендуется закрепить одну петлю (примерно 20 см) непосредственно под корпусом и перед входным отверстием воздушного канала. Имитации замерзания можно добиться с помощью погружения тестовой петли капилляра в сосуд, заполненный холодной водой – это позволит смоделировать замерзание и убедиться в исправности устройства.
Во избежание повреждения капилляра учитывайте минимальный радиус изгиба – 20 мм.

Аксессуары

Термостат комплектуется пластиковыми скобами MK-05-K для крепления капилляра.
В качестве опции к заказу доступен ввод для капилляра KRD-04.
