Описание

Механический погружной терморегуляторS+S Regeltechnik ETR-060-VA/150 применятся для организации регулирования температурных процессов в жидкостных неагрессивных средах. Широко применяется в системах отопления, вентиляции и кондиционирования воздуха. Являясь устройством с одной ступенью срабатывания, рассчитан на регулирование температуры диапазоне от 0 до +60°C.

Устройство терморегулятора

Корпус терморегулятора ETR-060-VA/150 выполнен из пластика высокой ударной вязкости в виде монтажной коробки в уникальном дизайне Thor2, которая состоит из двух частей.
Верхняя часть выполнена в виде крышки с винтами, обеспечивающими плотное прилегание обеих частей корпуса друг к другу, тем самым защищая датчик от попадания внутрь пыли, влаги и других посторонних частиц – степень защиты IP65, класс защиты III. От нижней части отходит шток с чувствительным элементом, в качестве которого выступает измерительный механизм с жидкостным наполнением. Максимальная температура для капилляра +75 °C. Установочная длина штока с чувствительным элементом зависит от длины гильзы и составляет 150 или 200 мм. Гильза из стали или латуни, с резьбой G1/2″.

Органы управления и индикации

В качестве органа управления выступает крутильный механизм с нанесённой температурной шкалой. В зависимости от модификации прибора, механизм может располагаться НА или ПОД крышкой корпуса.

Монтаж и условия подключения

Установка прибора должна проходить в обесточенном состоянии, а подключение должно осуществляться к безопасно малому напряжению. При установке обязательно учитывайте скорость набегающего потока жидкости. С диаграммой максимальной скорости набегающего потока можно ознакомиться в Руководстве по монтажу ETR.
