Конструкция

Grundfos SB 3-35 A – колодезный насос. Электродвигатель расположен в верхней части насоса, рядом с напорным патрубком насоса, и охлаждается перекачиваемой водой.

Рабочие колеса и корпус насоса изготавливаются из высококачественных композитных материалов, вал с ротором и сетчатый фильтр/всасывающий патрубок (в зависимости от исполнения) – из нержавеющей стали.

Установки SBA и насосы SB поставляются с переходником со встроенным обратным клапаном на напорный патрубок с присоединением Rp ¾” или Rp 1”.

Установки SBA и насосы SB с однофазным электродвигателем имеют встроенный конденсатор, в комплекте может поставляться поплавковый выключатель.

Насос SB 3-35 A оснащен термовыключателем и не требует никакой дополнительной защиты электродвигателя.

Во время эксплуатации насоса температура перекачиваемой жидкости должна составлять от 0°С до +40°С, температура окружающей среды от 0°С до +50°С. Максимальная глубина погружения насоса составляет 10 м. Запрещается подвергать насос работе “всухую”. Насос должен перекачивать только чистую воду и не должен работать на закрытую задвижку.

Принцип действия

Система управления установкой SBA создает автоматический пуск насоса при начале водоразбора и автоматическую остановку, когда водопотребление прекращается.

При эксплуатации поплавкового выключателя работа насоса SB регулируется в зависимости от уровня воды относительно всасывающего патрубка. Так как поплавковая часть неизменно занимает положение максимально близкое к поверхности воды, обуславливаемое длиной кабеля, при достижении минимального уровня и опорожнения емкости или скважины, контакт размыкается, насос прекращает работу.

Насос без поплавкового выключателя включается/отключается вручную или при помощи внешнего устройства, например блоков автоматики PM1 или PM2. Насос SB, установленный, например, с блоком автоматики, аварийно отключается при возникновении «сухого хода.

Автоматические насосные установки SBA и колодезные насосы SB поставляются в следующих исполнениях:

  • со встроенным сетчатым фильтром (перфорация 1 мм)
  • с боковым входом/гибким всасывающим шлангом и плавающим сетчатым фильтром (перфорация 1 мм)
